About Scale Soft

Scale Soft is a verifiable media infrastructure company based in Bulgaria, within the European Economic Area. We build ProofKit — an SDK that enables platforms to prove that a photo or video is real, where it was taken, and that it has not been modified since capture.

Scale Soft was founded in 2021 by Georgi Popov.

I have over 20 years of experience in software engineering, with the most directly relevant work being seven years at OneSpan (formerly Silanis / eSignLive) in Montreal, where I led mobile development for the company's eSignature SDKs on iOS and Android — the same technology underpinning regulated digital-signing workflows at major banks and insurers worldwide.

ProofKit is a direct continuation of that work. The same cryptographic primitives, hardware-backed key storage, and signed-evidence model used in regulated e-signature workflows, applied to the upstream problem: authenticating photos and videos at the moment of capture, before they enter any platform's pipeline.

Scale Soft is a focused, deliberately small operation — direct technical contact with customers, no sales layer, and external partners engaged for specialised security audits and legal review on enterprise deployments.
